Frequently Asked Questions

The shelf life of our products varies depending on the type of item but typically ranges from 6 months to 2 years, as our products are naturally preserved through the dehydration process.

To ensure that you get the most out of your purchase, it's essential to store our products properly. Here are our recommended storage guidelines:

Keep it Cool and Dry: Store your dehydrated products in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and moisture, as these factors can reduce the shelf life and quality of the products. We recommend refrigeration.

Use Dry Spoon : Ensure that the spoon you utilize to scoop the powder remains completely dry; it should not be wet or even slightly damp. Introducing any moisture to the powder by using a damp or wet spoon will inevitably result in clumping and solidification. Prior to inserting the spoon into your jar, make sure to wipe it with a dry towel or tissue paper.

Few products like beetroot form clumps because of the nature of the powder. This is an indication that we didn't add anti-caking agents

If you have started giving solid food including fruits and vegetables, our products are safe to use for them. In fact they go wonderfully with the cereal/porridges and prepare their taste buds for a diet rich in vegetables

Like all forms of cooking there is loss of heat sensitive vitamins like Vitamin C and water soluble B vitamins. Nutrients like Iron, Potassium, calcium,Vitamin A are mostly retained and also become concentrated as we remove moisture
