Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

- Add grated garlic and continue to sauté until fragrant.
- Incorporate 1 cup of paneer (cottage cheese) into the mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of beetroot powder over the ingredients for color and flavor.
- Cook macaroni separately according to package instructions and drain.
- Add the cooked macaroni to the pan, mixing it well with the other ingredients.
- Grate cheese over the mixture, adjusting the quantity to your liking.
- Season with oregano and chilli flakes, adjusting to taste preferences.
