Beetroot Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Chopped onions
  • Koh dehydrated green chilli
  • Dehydrated curry leaves
  • Grated garlic
  • 1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon beetroot powder
  • 1 cup macaroni
  • Cheese
  • Oregano
  • Chilli flakes

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in koh dehydrated green chilli and dehydrated curry leaves, allowing them to release their flavors.
  4. Add grated garlic and continue to sauté until fragrant.
  5. Incorporate 1 cup of paneer (cottage cheese) into the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of beetroot powder over the ingredients for color and flavor.
  7. Cook macaroni separately according to package instructions and drain.
  8. Add the cooked macaroni to the pan, mixing it well with the other ingredients.
  9. Grate cheese over the mixture, adjusting the quantity to your liking.
  10. Season with oregano and chilli flakes, adjusting to taste preferences.
  11. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the cheese to melt.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy your flavorful and colorful macaroni and paneer dish!
