
Carrot Powder Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup orange juice (or any preferred juice)
- 1/4 cup Koh Foods carrot powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (optional for a hint of spice)
- Ice cubes (optional for a thicker smoothie)

Prepare Ingredients:
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Measure out the frozen mango and pineapple chunks.

Blend the Smoothie:
- In a blender, add the sliced banana, frozen mango, frozen pineapple, orange juice, carrot powder, Greek yogurt (if using), honey or maple syrup (if using), and ground ginger (if using).
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more juice. If it's too thin, add a few ice cubes and blend again.
