Spinach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon KOH Spinach Powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
- ½ cup yogurt
- ¼ cup water (or as needed for consistency)
- A handful of cut almonds (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds (for topping)
Instructions:
- In a blender, add the banana, KOH Spinach Powder, honey, yogurt, and water.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust the consistency by adding more water if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Top with cut almonds and a sprinkle of chia seeds for added crunch and nutrition.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
