Tomato Powder and Guacamole Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 baguette or rustic bread, sliced
- ½ cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 teaspoon KOH Tomato Powder
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella (optional)
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly toast the bread slices in the oven or on a grill until golden and crisp.
- Brush each toasted slice with a light drizzle of olive oil.
- Spread a generous layer of guacamole over each toasted bread slice.
- Sprinkle KOH Tomato Powder evenly over the top of the guacamole.
- Add crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella on top of the guacamole.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
