Tomato Powder and Guacamole Bruschetta Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette or rustic bread, sliced
  • ½ cup guacamole (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 teaspoon KOH Tomato Powder
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella (optional)
  • Olive oil (for brushing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven or grill to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly toast the bread slices in the oven or on a grill until golden and crisp.
  3. Brush each toasted slice with a light drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Spread a generous layer of guacamole over each toasted bread slice.
  5. Sprinkle KOH Tomato Powder evenly over the top of the guacamole.
  6. Add crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella on top of the guacamole.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
