Ingredients:
- 2 Bowls Rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (such as canola or sunflower oil)
- koh! Tomato powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chana dal
- 2 t ablespoons salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 3-4 Red chillis
- 1/2 Peanuts
- 1/2 cashews
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add Red Chilli, cumin seeds, Chana Dal, Peanut, cashews.
- Add 1 t ablespoons of salt.
- Everything Mix together for 2-3 minutes in medium flame.
- Add 2 Bowls of rice.
- Add 2-3 T ablespoons of koh! Tomato Powder
- Mix well and rest for 2 minutes
- Check Salt , Add If needed.
- Once the tomato rice is heated through, turn off the heat. Let it sit covered for a few more minutes.
- Serve the tomato rice.
